All purchases from CharmHer will be covered under the following terms and conditions.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 48 hours after receipt to inform us. We will give a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping cost (this excludes the wrong sized item). If you want to exchange your item for a different size you are responsible for the return shipping cost and the new item replacement shipping cost.
- Up to 14 days after receipt of your order. You will be covered for any manufacturer faults. We will be responsible for all shipping cost. We will give you a full refund, exchange or gift voucher.
- Up to 30 days after receipt of your order. You will be covered up to 75% of the replacement cost for any manufacturer faults. You will be responsible for all shipping cost. We will replace your item after you paid all shipping cost (return shipping and new item replacement) and the 25% replacement fee. We will replace your item for the same item or gift voucher if the item is discontinued. No refunds.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
